Definitions

Processing, any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.

Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have a customer login with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not target children with our services.

SMS / Text Messaging

Where you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, Pervidi (operated by Techs4biz) sends service-related SMS text notifications in connection with your use of the Pervidi platform. These messages are transactional and operational in nature, and may include inspection assignments, task reminders, and compliance or permit-expiry alerts.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for the purpose of sending SMS messages are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This applies notwithstanding any other data-sharing described elsewhere in this Policy.
